Doing business from Zurich
Zurich has the largest commercial register in Switzerland. Its notaries are official notaries with regulated fees; market sources put an AG formation at roughly CHF 1,000–3,500 in total. The Zurich register publishes detailed guidance on GmbH quota transfers: written assignment contract with prescribed content, members' approval unless waived, original documents and certified signatures for new signatories.

Can I move a company's seat to Zurich?
Yes. A seat change is an amendment of the articles by public deed, filed with the new canton's register; for a ready-made company it is part of our all-in price in the standard case.
Do I need an office in the canton?
The company needs a legal domicile in the canton: its own premises or a domicile address (c/o). We can introduce domicile providers.
