Cooperative

Form a Swiss cooperative

A cooperative (Genossenschaft, société coopérative) pursues the common economic interests of its members. We prepare the articles and the founding meeting and file with the commercial register, on request from CHF 990.

What makes a cooperative different

Membership is open and can change without amending the articles; members usually have one vote each regardless of their contribution. The cooperative is entered in the commercial register and, like AGs and GmbHs, must report its beneficial owners to the federal transparency register since 1 October 2026. Housing, agricultural and consumer cooperatives are typical examples.

We draft the articles, prepare the founding meeting minutes and handle the register filing. Official fees are passed on at cost.
