Steps of a GmbH formation
- Name and purpose: we check availability and draft a purpose that fits your activity.
- Articles of association: standard articles adapted to the number of members, quota transfer rules and management.
- Capital: CHF 20,000, fully paid in, usually into a capital deposit account. Many banks open these only for existing clients; we help with the introduction.
- Formation deed: before a notary or by the procedure the canton accepts.
- Commercial register: filing, register fee, publication in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce.
- Transparency register: report the beneficial owners through EasyGov.
What the market charges
