We prepare the articles, organise the notarial deed, file with the commercial register and follow up to publication, for one fixed price. The share capital remains the company's equity.
Key requirements of a Swiss AG
- Share capital of at least CHF 100,000, of which at least CHF 50,000 and 20% of each share paid in; a foreign currency essential to the business is possible.
- Formation by public deed, then entry in the cantonal commercial register.
- At least one person resident in Switzerland able to represent the company (Art. 718 para. 4 CO).
- Share register kept by the company; beneficial owners reported to the federal transparency register.
- Audit or opting-out: since 2025 an opting-out applies only from the next financial year, but it is still possible at formation.
Costs
Market sources put the total for an AG formation (notary, register, bank) at roughly CHF 1,000–3,500 in Zurich and Zug and CHF 1,500–4,500 in Geneva and Vaud, where notaries set their fees freely. Our price is all-in from CHF 1,690 for the standard case.

Yes, the AG is a common form for holdings. A contribution in kind (e.g. shares of another company) requires extra documents; we quote it on request.

Yes, for the standard case: articles, deed, register fee and follow-up are part of the CHF 1,690 price.
