Business bank account

Swiss business bank account: a complete KYC file and the right introduction

Opening the capital deposit account and the business account is often the slowest step. We prepare a complete KYC file and introduce you to banks that fit your profile: CHF 690 for Swiss residents, CHF 1,490 for non-residents.

Two different accounts

The capital deposit account holds the capital of a GmbH or AG during formation; the bank confirms the deposit for the notary. Many banks open it only for existing clients. One neobank publishes CHF 250 per case if you keep its business account and CHF 750 otherwise, and states that it does not support shell, shelf or domiciliary companies.

The business account is the company's day-to-day account. Published monthly fees start around CHF 0–12 depending on the bank. Opening takes about one business day at neobanks and up to two weeks at traditional banks.

We introduce; the bank decides. Every bank applies its own risk policy. When a company changes owner, the bank must identify the new beneficial owner again and may close an existing account. No provider can guarantee an account, and we never do.

What we do

  • Collect and check identity documents, proof of address and the beneficial-owner declaration
  • Document the activity, expected flows and origin of funds in the form banks expect
  • Introduce you to banks that accept your profile (residency, nationality, activity)
  • Coordinate the capital deposit confirmation with the notary

Option for ready-made companies: delivery with a business account already open (+CHF 2,900), subject to the bank's checks on the new owner.

Can you guarantee a Swiss bank account?

No. We prepare the file and make the introduction; each bank decides according to its own rules. Some banks refuse shelf or domiciliary companies.

Can non-residents open a Swiss business account?

Often yes, but with additional checks. Some banks exclude certain nationalities or residences (for example U.S. persons or links with FATF-listed countries).

How much does your service cost?

CHF 690 for Swiss residents and CHF 1,490 for non-residents. Bank fees are charged by the bank.
