Ready-made companies and GmbH/AG formations are priced all-in for the standard case: notary and commercial register included. Capital is never a fee: it stays in the company as its equity.

Know your all-in cost before you call.
Paid-in capital is not a cost: it stays in the company as its equity. Ready-made companies and GmbH/AG formations are priced all-in (notary and commercial register included for the standard case); for other services official fees are passed on at cost.
What “all-in” means
For ready-made companies and GmbH/AG formations, our price includes our work and the notary and commercial register fees for the standard case: one transfer or formation, with a change of name, purpose and seat for ready-made companies. If your case needs more (several cantons, contributions in kind, foreign corporate shareholders, extra notarial acts), your written quote says so before you commit.
For other services, official fees (notary, register, supervisory authority) are passed on at cost, without mark-up. Where VAT applies, it is added.

So you can compare before you call. Our written quote follows within 2 business hours and matches the published price for the standard case.
Is the capital part of the price?
No. Capital (CHF 20,000 for a GmbH, at least CHF 50,000 paid in for an AG) stays in the company as its equity.
What is the price of a vintage company?
The shelf price of the same form plus CHF 1,200 per year of age, published for each company.
