SwissShelf.ch presents ready-made Swiss companies, company and foundation formations and bank introductions. Formations, transfers, identification (KYC/AML) and domicile services are carried out by a qualified partner firm affiliated with a self-regulatory organisation (SRO) under the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act. SwissShelf.ch is not a bank, a law firm or a notary: notarial acts are performed by independent notaries, Liechtenstein foundations are set up by licensed Liechtenstein trust companies, and bank accounts are opened only by banks, at their discretion.
